Apparently finding time to write this blog (basically an elongated text message) is an organisational nightmare, having been put off in favour of dog walks in the pi$$ing rain, m40 traffic and stiff upper lipped farewells. Some how though we have made it onto row 38 of our Boeing 777-300ER and have already made friends with a Singaporean David Bailey, who took todays photo and an ad lib food menu has just arrived!!!

Thank you to everyone who has helped us make it onto the plane and for all the good luck messages. We'll let you know when we arrive in Singapore and are on our way for high tea at Raffles. In the mean time it's time for a Singapore sling!!!
