I arrived in Iquique about 5/6am and decided that a bench in the bus station with security was prob a better bet than roaming the streets looking for the hostel... I managed to get a small amount of sleep until a Swedish couple kicked off at the customer service desk about a surf board that they had paid a few quid more to travel than they expected... I know it's principle and agreements where made but seriously, it's a huge fcuking surf board you got it here now...

We first arrived in las serena with thoughts of seeing stars and beaches, only one really came off... The first thing we had to do was post my friends passport down to pucon though, this was a small thing/price to pay for the great company.... Myself and the four Aussie chicks where staying in a tiny hostel, we filled its two rooms but the two owners (married couple) where really helpful and friendly... The weather wasn't right for the star gazing so W...

I arrived in pucon not really knowing what I had signed up for or what I wanted to do... South chile was never part my plan but I was gonna enjoy it... Today was a big day, poss one the most important in my history, I had just visited Easter island and was full of life...
