Decks were wet this morning, but the temperature were still high 20's. Usual morning of breakfast, mile and sitting on Prom Deck. Clocks went forward at midday to GMT -10. It was warm and sunny in the afternoon.
I've heard rumours that Michael Mullane, the worlds worst Cruise Director is going to Oriana, unfortunately not until after this cruise. Once again there was no evening quiz, nor is there one tomorrow, making three nights in a row, showing how useless he is.
The men won BoS. I lost in the first round of deck quoits. The ladies final and third/fourth place games for McMillan took place straight after. Barbara came second and Mavis, fourth. I lost the Individual Quiz again. We all ate in Horizon tonight for the 'Best of British'. Who knew chicken korma was British? We saw Byron Johnston in the theatre. I've never heard of him, but he's an excellent guitarist. As last night's winners in the Syndicate Quiz we felt beholden to take part. We acquitted ourselves well, before the deduction of a point as the previous winners.
According to the ship's daily paper 'Horizon', the total raised so far for the Vanuatu Relief Fund is now £8,405 with the cut off date of Hilo sailaway.
