Four weeks ago I booked this cruise. It took until yesterday for the documentation to finally arrive. I asked for it all to be sent by post, but it appeared in my account on the travel agent's website. Maybe it'll arrive by mail too, who knows?

There was a slight problem. When I booked, the agent said we'd get free tips and £600 each on-board spend. We were only expecting £350, so that was a pleasant surprise. Linda and Rob booked the day after us and tried to get the same deal, but her agent said that a mistake had been made on our booking. Linda warned me to expect a call. It never came. When I checked the papers, lo and behold, £350! So I made a call knowing waht the outcome would be. I wasn't wrong! So I said a bottle of wine would be nice, the agent agreed and a trio of South African wines should arrive in about eight weeks. It's not the same as an extra £250 OBC, but it's better than nothing.
