Our last port day :( We arrived on time, but at a different berth, which was nearer the centre than the last time I cruised here. The six of us decided to take the hoho bus. Weather changed for the better, so was able to lay out on deck today. It was still very windy, but at last sunbathing was possible. It got quite cool around 2pm, so I went back inside and decided to start work on my web page. Unfortunately, not all of the stuff I needed to have downloaded for the thumbnail program had been added on to my laptop. So I won't be able to upload any of the pages until my return. Apparently it was quite rough last night, I couldn't say for sure as I slept through it. Little water in the cabin first thing, just enough to clean my teeth and wash my hair. Force 7/8 today, too windy to be able to use the Promenade deck, so no mile walk today, I did my washing instead. Not too bad in the Individual Quiz, but didn't win. Up at 8 today, we had already docked. Breakfast then a mile walk. Countryside tour and cheese and wine tasting at 9.45. We drove through Ponta Delgada and into the countryside. Very green and lots of cows everywhere. The Azores apparently provide over 35% of Portugal's dairy produce. We stopped off in Sete Cidades to look at a small church, St. Nicholas.
