The temperature was only 16 when I got up, but the day warmed up nicely. I had an excursion books for today. After driving through Limassol, we went to Curium. This is an old ruined town. It was built before Christ and hit by an earthquake in the 700's.
Much of it is flattened, but the entrance to the Bishops house and the public baths can be seen. There is also a restored amphitheatre and a place under cover, called Eustopholis' house. This contained some mosaics.
After a quick visit to the shops, I went back to the ship, found Barbara and went back into Limassol for lunch. As we were strolling about after lunch, we met Rob and Linda, who have a place in Cyprus. They'd met friends for lunch and had also given them a case to take back to their Cypriot house.
Back on board I went through Israeli immigration. Paul Daniels 'international magician and sex symbol' was on in the theatre. I didn't bother. In bed by 22:30 as I have an early start and a long day tomorrow. There was another cruise liner, 'The Golden Iris', moored near us.
