So enjoyed a week in Bali. The Hindu religion reminds me a little of India... but nowhere near as in your face. The people are really really nice!

Started in Kuta, did a bit of shopping and then organised a tour into the country to see some temples. A lovely day, but for the rain! NOT what I expected from Bali!! Following day I got in some sunbathing with the sun out, and started shopping. Got my bargaining hat on and off I trot. Came back with 2 new dresses, a necklace and a bloody good pedicure!

Decided Kuta was a bit hectic and touristy, so headed into the rice paddies to Ubud. A bit more traditional, and still more shopping to be had! Went to another monkey temple where one of the little beggers tried to nick my handbag... a MONKEY not a Bali bloke as I was worried about for the rest of the time!! Trecked around a bit, drank cocktails and coconuts. All good.

The whole place is great, super cheap!! Smoked like a trooper, as fags were 50p a pack! AMAZING!!! And Mojitos 2 quid! My kind of place.

Had a Bali massage as well, but not quite as I imagined with plinky music. More like 5 children runing about screaming with me part naked. Apparently the Thai one will be better.

Got back to Oz at 3am and spent an HOUR in a small room with imigration. Not sure why but they didn't want me to come back in!!

5 days in rainy rubbish Sydney and off to meet the boys in Thailand. Bring on the fun times!!!
