Vikki Hampson Love your blogs Michele (still catching up on some of them). You're done so much, and it sounds so interesting. Love the photos too. Wow what an adventure. Glad you got back to Cairo safely. Enjoy the rest of your trip.
re: Aswan - Cairo day 8 & 9Audrey Well at least you are getting some rest in-between touring. And 1st class is the way to do it. How much weight have you put on?Michele? and Craig? . Shame such a beautiful hotel couldn't buy up a bit more land out front and really make a show with a decent garden. Hope you had a more picturesque view out of your window.
re: Aswan - Cairo day 8 & 9Audrey Doesn't look too bad. Perhaps you could buy some really cheap and bring them home, Craig?
re: Crapped out carAudrey It's the new look landscaping. With no lawns to mow. A bit like some of the newer blocks around Bendigo!
re: Cardboard hutAudrey It's called recycling! Maybe Mr. Pratt would like to get hold of all that cardboard.

re: AswanAndrea It all sounds incredible! Loving reading your blogs.
re: AswanAudrey Glad you are getting a bit of rest in and enjoying doing nothing much. It must be quite tiring going through all those temoles. Even your neck must be getting a work-out. Those statues, writings and art work are very high above the ground. Love , Mum
