As expected our hairdresser bailed on the sturgeon fishing. Do we headed for San Fran down the 101 along the Oregon coast. Amazing scenery the entire way day. Unfortunately it seems as though the rain is following us. Or even the snow. It was strange seeing snow right down by the beach. Very long drive so we stopped in Arcata for the night. Had a few drinks at the pub and got some rest. The next morning we had a few ours left to get to SF. Arrived around lunch time and splashed out for a hostel for a couple nights. First day was spent looking around the city. Buying some fresh new shoes and shirts at extremely low prices. The next day we walked down to mission st which was an interesting experience. A bit sketchy but definitely an eye opener. Alley ways full of insane graffiti. Very impressive. That afternoon we rented push bikes to get around. Spent a good 4 hours seeing the sites. As you can see it was still raining so the sites were hard to see. From here it's down to Santa Barbara and LA for the weekend to visit Charlie.
