THE HONEYMOON IS OVER There it is. The last day of our honeymoon. We went up in the Singapore Flyer (big wheel) to check out the sights, which was pretty rad. LAST STOP Got ourselves a nice hotel in Singapore. Had a nice dinner too, all good. I never did find a sticker in Phuket. Seriously, what's the deal? Every souvenir shop was full of really tacky magnets (no cool bottle opener ones), key chains and postcards, but no freakin stickers. LIVING LIKE KINGS It's pretty much rained all day today, but it's still hot. We probably got up at about 1pm today. We've been real lazy the last couple of days, just sleeping, eating, drinking and sitting in pools. TIME TO WIND DOWN Whoa, what a long two days. I'm pretty sure Nell and I were awake for at least 24 hours before we finally got some sleep when we arrived at the resort here in Karon Beach, Phuket (which is very nice btw). After an 8 hour flight from Melbourne & a 2 hour stopover in Singapore, we're on the epic 15 hour (or something equally stupid) flight to Paris, which hit the skies at around midnight, Singapore time. We're faced with the dilemma of trying to get a full night's sleep during the latter portion of the flight, but we were already b*****ed before we took off. Pretty sure we've already had 2.5-3 dinners, which is confusing. A couple of cheeky beers may be useful....
