Also asked Jess about this great building because I had an inkling she'd told me something about its name. You may have found this out anyway, but... It's the building in the Empire State (New York state), rather than the State Building of the empire. Has that confused you? The Empire State...building, rather than The Empire...State building. I found that interesting.
