Dear Diary,

Well what a couple of days I've had! For those that were in the know, you will be aware that I should actually been in Vietnam by now, but you know me don't do anything easy!!

At the time of writing this I am still in Bangkok (fly to Vietnam this afternoon). There was a problem with my visa to Vietnam which meant I had to spend 2 days in Thailand. That in itself wasn't so much of a problem, although I was not happy at the time. The best bit is that I don't have any luggage, apart from hand luggage, as this was directed to Vietnam via my original flight (hope it is still there when I arrive!!!).

Under normal circumstances I would be getting mega stressed about this, but what wll be will be. So had to go & do some clothes shopping in the local markets/shops which is something that I wouldn't have done otherwise.

Also went to see the Lucky Buddha (I know, a bit late now!!) & did my bit to help the poor who die by contributing towards their funeral. All seems a bit morbid I know, but is a good cause. You put our name on a piece of paper, attached it to a coffin & pay your money. That way the family who get it know who helped to pay - I felt good about myself!

I'm ok, but got to run in order to get to airport & maybe this time I'll get where I should be.
