I've made it to Gyor in Hungary at last. The bus trip once it arrived was fine actually, the podcasts of a Desert Island Discs have been a lovely constant companion during this trip. I listen to Russell Brands on the bus.

For reasons unknown, I have a sudden emotional attack - really don't know why, but I'm on the bus (a real 5 star quality bus by the way with every seat having it's own monitor/TV screen showing TV, DVD films, music videos and games). We roll through the Slovak countryside, into Hungary and I don't know why, but I start to get all emotional. Maybe it's the thought of getting closer to Monica maybe, was a weird thing.
