Hello All, We have been in Thailand for 2 weeks now and it couldn't have gone quicker! It is another world here, the people are lovely, very busy and so colourful. We arrived late at night on the 16th and it was very hot even at that time. We took the taxi journey into Bangkok centre to our Hotel. We were staying just off Koh San Rd, so prime location. Our hotel wasn't really the 5* we were expecting, but staying in our own room with a telly was luxury ...

Hiya guys, Just a quick note to let you know that we are away from all the trouble in Bangkok. We haven't even heard about it as we are on an island and we don't have a telly!
