Yesterday we left Paris and made the long drive to Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland. The land of cows, chocolate, Swiss efficiency and yodelling. Christian introduced us to our group song "Last night" by the Strokes. The camp in Lauterbrunnen was between some mountains, underneath a waterfall that Christian swore turned off at 9:30 hmmm and absolutely beautiful. Tonight was the swissco disco and we all donned our best white and red attire for a party down in the bar/bomb shelter. We danced, we drank and I got pulled/pushed to the ground twice.
Today was cog railway day! I dragged my sorry and very sore (from those falls)behind out of my tent and we walked up to catch the train up the Jungfrau. The ride up was spectacular and made amusing by the cow on the tracks that the driver had to get out and move away. At the top there was an ice cave and huskies. I even made a mini snowman before my hands nearly froze off.
