Hello again,

Well i have settled down now, the jet lag has gone!

Been all around bangkok in the local Tuk tuks and i have seen a lot of the sites, which are great. I have seen a lying down budda, standing up budda, sitting budda etc etc - first usual quote from the trip - there are 56 positions for the budda!

I have already had a good look around the tailor shops for a suit and i have even ordered one already (120 quid for 2 trousers & jacket - top quality and 2 silk ties pretty good i thought?). Not sure if this is going to be a good idea or not with the losing of weight target, oh well we will have to see - i can always have it adjusted over here - although probably at a much higher cost!!

When i left the tailor shop the heavens and i got the first monsoon experience - i got competely soaked!! What was really funny that there was a taxi driver with an umbrella washing his car in the thunderstorm - ha ha why then??

I stupidly forgot to bring the camera cable with me to the internet cafe do i can't upload any photos as yet but i hope to soon.

The food has been good so far, i have had cat fish curry, chicken & bacon noodles and for breakfast i had.........toast (I forgot my jar of marmite - gutted!)

I meet up with the rest of the people on the Cambodia trip tonight so that should be good. We meet at 6pm and then we leave for Cambodia tomorrow morning - 9 hours driving - its not going to be all that fun! But it will be worth it to see Angkor Wat
