Well as most of you have probably heard by now our flight was cancelled due to bad weather. We were literaly at the gate at 21.45 on Friday night and they cancelled it. Unfortunately this also meant that we couldn't get our main bags back, it looked like it was going to be a rather smelly couple of days.

On the plus side Briony donned her investigative hat and after speaking to the most well informed person at heathrow (a police officer prone to swearing if you want to know), we manged to get a voucher entitling us to a nights stay and food in a rather swanky London hotel nr Tower Bridge.

This also meant that we got to see some of our London pals and thus our trip had officially begun, just in London instead of Buenos Aires.
