I'm not sure I made my comment stick - wonderful & beautifully written blog! well done xxxx ... yoga gets better with trying out different parts & finding the bit that suits you.. i didn't really start to enjoy it until i found a teacher who i thought was wonderful ... tho the history of it is very interesting to check out whilst your there...
I also LOVE L"OVE LOVE your sand drawings - please do some more! I discovered an old portfolio of mine from my school days last week - i had line drawings of friends i had forgotton but instantly recognised - it was wonderful.
even if travelling is difficult and desperate feeling sometimes as well as beautiful and liberating ... pictures as records of the time are invaluable ... do take lots! you will enjoy them later so much.
i fiddled about with the silly 'rating' system on the comments bit + couldn't understand how it worked so whatever it says - i meant to give it 2000% !!!! not some silly stars .
