Monday 20 November:

Hello all after our 15 hour bus ride from Mexico city to Mazunte beach (South of Mexico) we arrived to find a quality hostel at only 60 pesos a night (3 quid) its a stones throw from the beach and the owner is a proper amigo (like your grandad type man), the bus ride up was amazing also at only 32 pound it was 1st class with seat/beds on board, we arrived approx 12 noon and jumped on a make shift wagon with about 6 others crammed on, its the way of life here cheap and cheerful i belive ?.

Tommorows plans are swimming with dolphins and turtles with the locals so totally looking forward to that, we left Mexico city and it was pouring down so to arrive in 30+ degrees was amazing. Im still getting used to prices in Mexico because its so cheap to eat/sleep/drink gallons of the local hooch, its only expensive when you go east (Cancun etc) the tourist traps charge double so keeping well away from them.

Friday the 24 November:

Just hadthe best pizza ever, the guy who made it was a ex-backpacker from argentina who i belive just fell in love with this place and made himself a little business, after polishing that off we got chatting to a Canadian dude called John who´s a retired teacher, he invited us back to the beach while he played his guitar , he was amazing we just sat and listened all night (Bob Dylan, Beates the lot).

Well we got 2 days left before we set off for Mexico city then off to Hawaii for 2 weeks, im gonna try surfing and parachuting for the 1st time and totally looking forward trying something new and extreme,

Well me and Ells are gonna watch the sunset off our beach-bar and supp us some local ale (mezcal).
