Hello from the land of the Thai's!

Apart from being the hottest place we've ever been, its without a doubt the most beautiful...as you'll see from the pics! i think we have at last found paradise...(minus the MANY tourists).

Arrived to Phuket on Sunday and had a few chilled out days there doing lots of snorkelling and beach-alternating, in a nice little town called Kata. And boy did we eat some delicious Thai food..a very good start to this part of the trip in Matt's opinion! i even ventured to eat some spicy dishes, without the garlic obv!! Are currently on Phi Phi Island where the infamous scene from "The Beach" was filmed! VERY beautiful but again a lot of tourists and even more mosquitos!

Loving what we've seen of Thailand so far though and really lookin forward to venturing further north for some cooking classes, Thai massages and elephant treks! Having our first Scuba Dive 2moro, and borrowing a digital underwater camera from the dive school so will provide you guys with pics of the colouful marine life im sure! :)
