hey y'all, yesterday i went round a few temples, all very nice and very the same, but least ive done a bit of culture, the ko sahn road isnt the most cultural of all places in thailand... its basically a place where all travellers eventually place themselves at some point, as its great for getting cheap flights/buses/ferries to everywhere else in south east asia, and the accomodation is plentiful and cheap. on the road you cant move for market stalls and eateries. eating is an important part of my life.so i like this road. but it aint no beach life, so looknig forward to that over the next weeks. yesterday on my wanders i revisited my last years guesthouse with the thai boxing place nearby and went for a training session. gota try and keep fit out here, but that was just silly, 3 hours hard core exercising and fighting. great fun though and will def do it again when im back in bangkok after cambodia etc. talking of which i booked the bus to Siem Riep in cambodia, and subsequently missed it by oversleeping, so woke up this morning, took the cane from the angry bus-sorter-outer bloke and then managed to get it rebooked for 2mo morning at 7:30. getting a wake up call from hotel reception so should make it this time. dacourt alors today ive been mainly getting burnt-sure fire way to get brown. been lying by the pool all day, and now its nearly evening so i expect the rains to come some time soon, and so go get something to eat and catch a movie in a bar. then early night and off to cambodia!!! dont know what its gona be like who im gona meet or where to go, but im sure something will turn up. speak again soon hope everyone is well!!! going to go put aftersun on...
