Thursday 29th Nov - We arrived in Xian this morning and were picked up @ the train station by a guy from the hostel. Very nice accomodation so we dumped our bags and took the bus out to see the Terra Cotta Warriors planning only to stay for one night and shoot again the following morning. The warriors were really interesting and there were skinned dogs and cats for sale. They were Alsations so we didn't buy any....too big, Susan was hopin for a Chiwawa scarf...

Wednesday 21st 0930hrs-Arived in Beijing train station and poured out of the train along with the 2000 other people who were onboard. It certainly wouldn't have been hard to pick us out the crowd as we stuck out like sore thumbs. Sunday 18th November - up 07.30 for free breakfast and to view Shanghai coming up the river - what a sight.
