Mumbai Madness Greetings from a very hot, noisy, crazy busy India! Paul and Carolyn have had a fantastic 1st couple of days in India, in it's biggest city; Mumbai. Immediately venturing out on the idiotically manic roads of South Mumbai on the 1st day, they sought out the comparatively tranquil sands of Chowpatty Beach (an area that locals come to chill out and watch the sunset). Day 2 was a whirlwind tour taking in the major sites including the Gateway to India...

We're off! Paul and Carolyn are busy checking in to their flight to Mumbai so I thought I would introduce myself. I am Judith (the jetsetting flamingo) and I will be with Paul and Carolyn every step of the way on their travels. Just like my namesake, Judith Chalmers, I will be posting holiday updates of the Masons' adventures.... Wish you were here?!

Getting ready for the off... Only 2 weeks to go until we start our excting travels. We're packing and repacking our backpacks, trying to make them as light as possible.... capsule wardrobes are the way forward! Lots to do in the next 2 weeks before we go, but Paul's ready to go with his bag packed already! P & C xx
