Tim This appears to be the menu of the same place we went to on the way from Vang Vieng to Luang Prubang. How funny that when searching for information on this strange dish we would find a picture of the same menu.
re: Deer meat salad with feces of the intestine. Nice!rosemary botner I shall go into withdrawal without my regular vicarious travel! Thank you so much for sharing your spectacular trip with us all. I have thoroughly enjoyed visiting so many places I shall never go in "real life". I really don't know how you will ever adjust to your lives back in UK. Lucky you have an exciting job there Carolyn. All the best as you continue your marital bliss in Pinner. Is it Pinner...I have forgotten? Maybe your next rather dull by comparison trip could be to the Canadian Rockies and British Columbia to see your old Auntie!! Love from Rosemary
