Tim This appears to be the menu of the same place we went to on the way from Vang Vieng to Luang Prubang. How funny that when searching for information on this strange dish we would find a picture of the same menu.

I have thoroughly enjoyed visiting so many places I shall never go in "real life". I really don't know how you will ever adjust to your lives back in UK. Lucky you have an exciting job there Carolyn.
