Great flight on an Airbus A380 to Melbourne and a really warm welcome from Nikki and her dad Graham. Obviously my jet lag was insane so a few fuzzy headed days, but a family meal, horse racing at Flemington, late night partying, and intensive city sight seeing ensued for a few days. Day 1-4 Singapore Ridiculously hot, all the time, so you can imagine my discomfort ! However, this was a minor inconvenience when compared to the food, shopping, cleanliness, and general happy vibes. Amanda and Chri were amazingly generous hosts and it was great to catch up and get the full guided tour. A really great start to the holiday and i have some very happy memories of my flying visit.
