Laaaazy on the blog recently, it must be boring for the few of you who actually stops by to check on us. Sorry about that! I guess we've been bitten by the Nicaraguan lifestyle bugs, cause we're not doing much more than chilling out most of the days. Except the days we've been surfing! Yep, we've been surfing. Three days on the board, actually. The first day, we had an instructor with us, eho showed us how to do stuff. We did pretty well, and managed to stand up on the board quite a few times! It was a lot of fun :) The other two days, we were on our own, and it was a lot harder. It's hard to know when to catch the wave and to padle enough and to get up at the right moment. But it's still fun :) Practice is all it takes to manage the board, so we kept going. Will defently go surfing again!

Met a bunch of cool people here, at our hostel, and have stayed longer than planned here in San Juan. Partly because we like it so much here, and partly because I'm getting my hair fixed. The dread locks I got in Costa Rica were crap, and they're all messed up. Met a guy here that does dreads, and he'll fix mine, to make them look nicer.

There's an election going on here, and people are riding huge buses and trucks around town, waving flags and making a statement. Usually the town is quite calm and relaxed, but this election makes it all a little different, for sure. We've met a couple local people, and they are all very nice and welcoming. We like it here :)

Will try to get some pictures out, but not a lot of the computers here have Java, and it makes the whole thing a lot slower. And the connection is not the fastest either. We¡ll get something out, tho. Have to show you this paradise, right? :)
