Dear Ern & Marie
The photos look really cool and pleased that you are having such a great time.
Are you eating Ern? That chin seems to be stretching by the week... Ginger hair is coming through nicely too.

Thanks for the diary guys - it sounds like you are having the time of your lives....i guess going travelling at this stage in life, as opposed to straight after uni, is the experience you have gained from the humdrum of normality, which surely must accentuate the vibrancy of your experiences. To say i'm envious is an understatement...not jealousi might add, just really happy that you are both clearly having such a wonderful and serendipitous adventure (that word was for you Neil)...me? well, sitting opposit LP in the drab Sutton Council buildings....churning out stats to justiofy a weak Government agenda...usual stuff! its riveting as you both know first hand! Played Golf with Paul last Friday, looked searchingly for that missing 5 club, but to no avail. Im now officially avoiding Poulton - but we have a snooker night coming up, so may have some explaining to do, as I'm sure Flatty will expose me....on some brighter news, Julie and I have set a date for our wedding, and unfortunately, it will occur whilst you're away...July 26th...the reason for such a quick ceremony (in a church, followed by a humble, but prudent BBQ/party atr Julie's parent's ) is this.....wait for it Neil....its a bombshell.....no, not another child....We are moving to Ghana at the end of the year! Im returning home to work with my Dad in his investment company. Now Neil, i know we had various plans that were due to come into fruition upon your return, but this is just an opportunity i simply cannot afford to forego...the are various reasons for this, primarily 3 fold: 1)Excellent environment to raise children, 2) Excellent employment prospects - will be a Executive Director of a flourishing company, with huge potential for growth, 3) Look after my pops - he is nearly 80, and also give him the comfort to know that the empire he has worked so hard to buold all his life will not simply be frittered away/taken over by individuals outside of the family....what can i say!?
When are you guys coming back anyway? let me know!
in the meantime, enjoy, or rather, continue to enjoy! love, d
Catrin
Hello both!!
It sounds and looks like you're having the best time!!
Love reading the emails, and your photos are providing me with what have become very rare glimpses of sun!
