Departed Sydney with Turkish Airline at 3.55 pm with Douglas and all went smoothly, hardly any turbulence and arrived in Bangkok at 10.10 p.m. and the action begun....we had to get to our next connecting flight to Istanbul which was leaving in half hour and ran to find gate E1 with all others...running and stressing following the airport personnel officer who was assisting in getting us to the terminal as our previous flight was delayed. We arrived all smiles handed our boarding passes...staff looked at us looked at the screen and looked at us again and then informed us our flight was departing the next day at 11.15 am....OMG....Douglas and I found some seats and tried to sleep for the next 12 hrs at Bangkok Airport.
