After the wedding we travelled back to Bangkok by plane and headed to North Thailand via the overnight train. It was quite comfy as they make up beds for you and there is a top and bottom bun…

Puffy Maria I have seen your photos and the places you're going look absolutely gorgeous. It looks really warm. Today it snowed in England which gives you a nice idea of the difference in temperatures. Emily e-mailed me saying that apparently she's been barred from the message board and she is not happy about it. God you're tan. Typical. I want it. I have just been in a bed for a week with the flu. Only started school today. Missed 3 days. Ach. Anyway Maria I got your message on my phone but I'm not sure if you got mine. Anyway continue on your exciting antic-filled trip! Puffy Wow. 30p for a trip around Bangkok? Amazing. I wish I was able to say it's too hot to stay outside for long but unfortunately this has been the coldest week of January for a long time.
