Well here we are sat in LAX waiting for our connecting flight to Fiji. We have been up since 4am our time (midday where most of you are) Its just approaching lunchtime here and we don't fly until 11pm tonight.

We had a pretty scary moment on the flight on the way from Vancouver the plane dropped in flight and turned about 60 degrees sending Mel flying in the toilet queue, it was a hair raising moment apparently caused by hitting the jetstream of the aircraft in front which was bigger than us.

Once we have wondered around the airport we will go and get settled in a comfy chair somewhere and wait for our flight, lets hope that there are no delays!!!!
