sorry for slow reply not looked at this for a while - no i didnt see anything about an air crash there - doesnt mean there is nt one - though there was an aircrash site south of gosikund - a thai airline - again do not rememeber a memorial site

Hi Mandy - awesome photos. When you visited Lele, south of Kathmandu, did you by any chance see the Lele Memorial Park there (dedicated to place crash victims)? I'm trying ot find some information about it e.g. where exactly it is! Any help appreciated. Thanks, Piers

I dont remember there being internet in langtang in 2009 - it is less developed than everest and annapurna and therefore more charming - though it is possible it has been installed
bus journey was 9 - 10 hours -
i didnt trek syabru to rimche (see my blog) but a map will give you an indication of timings and then ajust based on your speed and fitness -

I would like to know if there is internet at Syabru last bust station? If not wher is the last place we are able to communicate by net when you come from Kathmandu?
How does it takes by ordinary bus from Kathmandu to reach Syabru terminal bus station?
Walking From Syabru to Rimche how does it takes.
I have Tamang friend which left Varanasi on june 11 to Rimche...Last news by net was June 12 near sunauli....And with no news from him I am a little worry.
