Athens! So much history and things to learn! When we got off the plane we started walking to our hotel. On the way we saw Zeus's Temple! We dropped off our things at the hotel and started walking to the Great Arch. It was over 40 meters tall and about 30 meters wide. That's an area of 120 meters! When we were done with that we walked over to the Parthenon. It was huge! We had to walk up more than one thousand steps to get there! I always dreamed of going to the Parthenon and there it was. All I know is that I don't trust the Greeks building. After that we went to a flea market and ate kebabs. You would think they were on a stick but no it was on a pita bread. It was meat and cheese and fries on a pita bread. It was very good. I ate two. Later that night we went to the hotel and slept.
