We took our 14 hour bus ride from Hue to Hanoi and arrived there about 6.30 in the morning. On route we met a girl called Suzanna and caught a cab with her to the backpackers hostel. We found a travel agents and booked on a 2 day tour leaving that day for $52. It included one night on the boat and another on the Cat Ba island.
