So, I have to come to the internet again because all my friends are leaving tomorrow and I am copying their photos onto cds, it turned out that the camera I hadbought for 30 pounds before I felt didnt work! so I have none, but its okay now!

today I had a good day, we had a new girl called martha who is from somerset and she seems nice, lets hope she is!

I went swimming in the lake and we swam all the way up to the gibbon island and the gibbons came to the edge and sort of looked at us, it was quite good, but then we remembered that we werent supposed to go that close becuase they jump on people! Also went to visit the temple that is at the end of the road, they had a hench buddah like massive style, and it was laying down. they also had loads of little ones that were covered in gold little bits, apparently the thai people buy the gold and put it on the budda statues as their way of praying sort of? maybe? i dont know haha! it was pretty cool anyway.

tonight we are having a party at the vounteer house to celebrate everyone going tomorrow, I am going to go and buy som thai beer now. you should actually see how stupidly cheap eerything is over here. for example, a packet of cigarettes is about 60 baht which is about 90p and a beer is about 20 baht, thats about 30p its so crazy! I havent even spent 1000 baht yet! if you want anything then ill get u stuff!
