First of all, that's rubbish that BS8 closed down. It was one of few decent shops still left in Bristol! Any reason why it closed?
Did some work yesterday. We were only working for about 2 and a half hours but still got paid just over 6o quid which isn't bad! We had to move new funiture from a lorry to the storage part of a funiture shop that this guy owned.
Kathryn, I'd be a sprout because no one likes eating sprouts so I wouldn't get eaten. :D I'm so smart.
Mama Oli

Hi Oli,
Glad to hear you are well despite the van thing, nevermind eh life goes on! I finally did it - went to Park Street yesterday! Can you belive BS8 has shut down! My fave shop ever gone just like that, why is life so cruel - forget the van this is awful!
Take care then Laj and I will look forward to the next journal entry.

You guys sure know how to have fun! Maybe you could start up a tournament, or is that just too crazy!? I am crazy so...
Hope you are all doing ok, and the job hunting goes well, think of all the extra beer money!
I think we have seen the last of our lush weather, which is just as well really as i dont think Kel should get any pinker! She got proper burnt in the mighty Looe! (who needs to go all the way to Oz!)
To leave you with a final thought... If you were a vegetable which would you be and why? Think about it a while, maybe whilst waiting for your next go at ping pong!

Hey guys,Sorry to hear about your van, think you guys definitely win against me getting my handbag nicked in Barcelona! Are you going to try and get another one or you just going to stick to the greyhound bus?Jon cheers for the pics of Neighbours, I’m a true fan, been watching it since playschool so im well jealous! I took a ganders on Stu’s site aswell (liking the pics btw), and Darcy looks well old now, don’t think he’d get away with being Susan’s nephew anymore! Ive just got back to Pompey after the Easter holidays, I only got 2 weeks off which is pretty poor as its my last ever proper holiday off! Can’t believe I’ve only got just over a month until all my uni work has to be handed in, and then its all over, so sad!!How is Sydney? Climbing Harbour bridge would be amazing, you definitely have to do it! My sis has got an Aussie staying with her at the moment, hes from Melbourne and says it’s the best city in Australia, I think he’s a bit biased though! Hes going to be staying in Bristol until Sept to play cricket, so even though Australia has 5 Bristol boys least we have one Aussie, we just need a few more to even it up a bit!Hope your job hunting goes well!Take care, xxxxx
Luke
Hey everyone
Yep, sadly all the camoing equipment, tent and sleeping bags were in the van but there isn;t much we can do about it now. We will continue our journey on the greyhound bus like alot of other travellers do. Shame we lost all that money though.
Going to look for jobs tomorrow so hopefully we can get some money and have something new to do. Sydney is cool, but I prefer Melbourne so far. Once we get used to Sydney I might like it just as much!
We are starting the journal entry about the last week in Melbourne and the camping weel so keep a look out for that!
Speak soon! xx
Mummy Walker
Hello Boys,
What bad luck, you really weren't supposed to have that van were you?, what with the gasket now this, Hope you didn't lose all your camping stuff as well, but at least you didn't get stranded in the middle of nowhere. Glad you had a good night anyway.
Looks like we are going to have another lovely day weather wise, so hopefully will be able to have a little laze in the garden and prepare myself for hours of earth moving when it's delivered - can't wait!!!
You all take care, look forward to hearing from you when you can.
Lots of love xxxxxx
Jon Tickner
Hey guys
Yeah it's a big shame about the van but we are all fine, I guess it's just one of those things. I reported to the police so hopefully we will get a response soon. Well thats what we are hoping for.
We all went out last night, had a good night. Luke, Chris and Ollie had an earlier one but me and stu carried the Bristol flag. Its a much busy place than Melbourne, takes a bit getting used to it all.
Families - Please dont worry about the van we are all fine, which is the main thing, a little frustrating I know.
Take care
Jon
Gem Big Sis

Hey!
We're back from the glorious land of Looe. It really is magical down there. Went to a splendid little Model Village. I will go into more detail another time as there is so much to say about it.
Gutted I missed your calls! Hopefully speak soon.
Harbour Bridge sounds fab!!!Jon, what kind of sick holding device are you going to be taking up with you?!
