Hello everyone! Well after another very long day of flying, Mel and I safely arrived in Cancun, Mexico! It was pretty funny at the airports as you have got to find someone that speaks English when you need help! Can get a little frustrating!! But thankfully all the people at the resort we stayed at spoke at least a little English!! Mel and I have even learnt a few spanish words....can't string a sentence together though!! Maybe after a couple of weeks here I will be able to!?? The Oasis Cancun was the resort we stayed at and it was all inclusive.....all meals and drinks were free!! As you can imagine, Mel and I made the most of it and ate like big Fatty Boombas!!!!!!! The waiters treated you like princesses and were forever filling up your glasses!!! LUXURY!!! In between meals, we spent our time lazing on the beach getting a tan and swimming in the crystal clear beach!! I am paying for that now however......in most places I have a really good tan....but in the places that don't usually see the sun - they are red like a lobster!!!! Here is one lesson that I have learnt during my stay in Cancun.....NEVER PULL YOUR TOGS A LITTLE UP YOUR BUM BUM TO GET A BETTER TAN LINE......IT HURTS TO SIT!!!!!!! We are now in downtown Cancun ready to meet the people that we are on the GAP tour for the next 15 days with!!!! We travel from Cancun back up to Mexico City.....not really sure what we get up to - but i'm sure we'll find out soon enough!! Anyway....until next time...
