Harbor Freight #97427 Dual Dowel Jointer is worth linkoog at. Manual say 1 5/16 between drill center but is actually 32 mm. Great for system holes on cabinets. The drills that come with it are tool steel and not very good. Purchase a variable speed control item #43060-4VGA to slow it down. 16.5K to fast for anything but carbide. The fence has to be shimmed to square and the height setting is difficult (scribe a line on fence after setup)Freud at $399 is the next price point for this tool. Once dialed in the HF unit works great and for $60 can’t beat the price

Gone a bit quiet here lately, hoiw are you coping with the hum drum of life back in the UK? No blue rivers, bunjee jumping or paradise isles? Reminds you of what a terrific adventure you've had eh? So have you got the bug? Are you going to travel some more, or have you got it out of your system now? All the best, Big Dave.

Tell Big Dave that the large tribe of hairy women seen roaming around the Hampshire downs are fairly good at pool so if he could purchase a dozen razors I'm sure there's a fair chance of organising a game with one or two of them. The statuesquel blonde bearded wonder is supposed to be an ace with a ball.
Mum & Paul

Agreed, the Southern Women are being described as the "Hirsute Tribe" and there's no one at Chichester that I can beat at 9-Ball pool anymore!
Theresa & Lucinda
As it is nearly time for you to pack up and head home I want to say how wonderful your website has been. Lucinda and I have so enjoyed reading about your travels around the world and especially looking at the varied photographs. We both feel that a gap year is in the offing although I may be a bit passed my prime for the primitive lifestyle. Lucinda is at CCF camp for a few days, under canvas, which should be delightful in the pouring rain and inclement weather conditions. Whilst writing I must ask you to pass on an urgent message to your dear Mother to return to the UK asap as most of the women in Hampshire are in need of urgent deforestation. More hairy women can be spotted in the south of England than in France - tell her to come home immediately. Best wishes for a safe homecoming love Theresa and Lucinda.
