Extremely hungover and dehydrated we didn't get up until late. When we eventually surfaced we booked some tours and then went and got ready for the gig. We met jade again and she took us to the Festival Hall to see The Temper Trap! Jade left quite early but we enjoyed the live music and lots of cider!!

Having not done much the day before, we got up and found Victoria Market. It took a couple of hours to walk around all the stalls. We arrived in drizzle and trekked for 20 minutes with our heavy backpacks to our hostel. We freshened up before exploring the shopping district. The graffiti in the lane ways was beautifully elaborate. We got lots of leaflets from tourist information and snuggled in a cafe while deciding where we would visit. Up and packed bright and early, we went to the station. We got on the double decker train to Ashfield to meet Kathy, who I had met in Prague, for her to drive us up to the Blue Mountains. She took us up to Katoomba, which took over an hour, which allowed us time to catch up. Rain again!! So we decided to embrace the water and visit the Sea Life aquarium on the harbour. Again it was absolutely packed with families and we had to queue to look into the tanks. At dinner we decided on sushi. However each piece was so big, it took several bites to finish.
