Kate's birthday!! Today was a day of shopping. Kate got a warmer jumper - the temperature is starting to drop! We had a nice lunch at Darling Harbour with Kay and then headed over to the Harbour bridge for our climb!! After waking up I found out Kay had been taking pictures of us sleeping - charming! We arrived, arranged to meet Kay later, found our hostel and showered. After a large breakfast (and being shouted at by a homeless woman after refusing to give her money) we walked to Circular Quay with Kay and took the ferry to Manly. The beach was busy - we paddled - and then got a drink at the bar overlooking the beach. We got the return ferry and walked to the hostel. Cereal...

A slight hangover but we slept very well! We went back to Byron with Heidi and Ange and had sushi for lunch. After a brief shop we said goodbye and found a pub with free wifi and waited for our over night bus to Sydney. We bumped into Kay from our sailing trip so sat with her on the bus - which was FREEZING COLD due to the horrible bus driver not turning up the aircon!!

Our slightly delayed coach got us into RAINY Byron Bay at lunch time. We met Jake, Heidi and little Mason for lunch and a mooch around the shops. They offered us a bed for the night so we drove to Lismore through countryside making me believe I was in England. We got to their house and I watched my first ever Kardashian episode.
