Over the past few days Pete and I have been on Fraser Island camping on the beach with the Dingos. Throughout this trip we went to see all the different lakes in 4 by 4's on the worlds largest sand island! We both really enjoyed this trip and met some lovely people which we will definitely keep in touch with. The island was beautiful and amazing, there are no roads on the island it's all sand and the driving is quite incredible. However, we did nearly die when 'Sweden' (the craziest girl ever) drove us. It was quite an experience, so after that we stayed in the tour guides car! Our tour guide was the funniest person we've ever met, the amount of inappropriate jokes he came out with was unreal and we will never forget him! After three days of being on fraser island with no showers or toilets in the camp we came back to the hostel and all went out for dinner as a group, which was very nice! Today we will leave for 1770 (Agnes Waters) where we will have a three hour surfing lesson tomorrow for $17! After that we have a long drive to Airlie Beach where we have booked a day tour to do the Whitsundays, from there we have a 20 hour drive to get us to Cairns which we will spend a few days doing.
