Welcome to anyone reading my blog, hopefully some people will be. It will get more interesting soon, once I've actually travelled somewhere, I assure you!

Flying tomorrow. Kinda scared now, since I found out the place we're staying in Hong Kong is in Chungking Mansions. Photo is attached, from Wikipedia. It's this massive building containing about 80 hostels, as well as restaurants, shops, money changers and people selling fake watches and other things I don't want to buy. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chungking_Mansions is the Wikipedia link. I think it's more that I just can't get my head around such a place, as well as the dodgy reviews on Trip Advisor of the hostel we're staying in. But we shall see. If all else fails, we'll have an interesting story to tell...

Anyway, it's raining here, and I am looking forward to leaving the rain behind! I've still got quite a lot of stuff to sort out, there seems to be stuff all over my room. In 24 hours we should have taken off and be on our way to Hong Kong. Exciting times!
