Hard to believe how fast it has gone, but today is our last day in England. So a bit sad going around saying goodbye to everyone, knowing it will be a long time before we see them again. It is a proper wet day so fits the mood! We managed to squeeze in a shop at the giant toys r us store, to spend the carefully saved British pounds, a trip to an ole English sweet shoppe, a walk in the woods, a visit to the Lovewell family graves, and watching some British telly. Everyone is still a little under the weather, so we are happy indoors. Then we took the family out for an early dinner at a local favourite - The Hoop, another old English cracker with heaps of character and yummy food. The bags are packed, the photos are taken, the goodbyes all said. So an early night for all, as we need to be up and at 'em I the morning, ready to catch the train to Paris, for the next part of our adventure.
