Hey guys, I just figured out how to comment, this site is really cool. Well I think they way you all take the time to edit everything and give us all the details is really considerate and I cant believe Jason was selfish with his llager shots, that is funny. Well you all keep having fun and being safe. Love you, baby big boy :)

Thoroughly enjoying the colorful narrative of your journey...I just came across this quote from MLK that seems particularly timely given your recent visit to Dachau: As Follows: "Our Lives Begin To End The Day We Become Silent, About Things That Matter" Great advise from the two moms on your coming visit to Amsterdam: Have a great time there!!!!

I can't believe you went to the Sigmund Freud Museum. I didn't even know that existed. Allie, you must tell me even more about that when you come home. You know me and my psychoanalysis tendencies (lol) I would love that place! Anyway, glad to see you are still having a wonderful trip. Miss you!

I'm Jealous of the three of you. I can't believe you didn't invite me to come with you. {:>)
The photos of the places you have visited look so European. What a difference when you compare them to our American sites. If there isn't a roller coaster in the area of an American town with a historical background, then nobody will visit. The detail on the buildings is incredible. In America, it would be TAGGED by some idiot street artist. Take a close look around how much pride the locals have in keeping their property beautiful and clean. As teachers, it's going to be your task to show our future generations of children how they can improve this world we live in.
All I keep thinking of is the movie "Hostel". Not quite like the hostels that you show in your photos - they really look impressive. Bunking with strangers each night must be very interesting.
You're only half way done with your trip. I hope the balance of the trip will be as enjoyable as the the beginning. By the way, Amsterdam shuts down all of their cafes and smoke shops during August to clean up an make room for the new stock. I guess you will have to settle for Amstel Light beers. {:>)
Take care and keep posting.
