Hello everyone! The departure day finally got here, the ruck sack has been repacked more times than needed given my confusion about pounds and kg on the scales - I really wasn't over the baggage allowance after all that! So after a very strong g&t, me, my skates and my rucksack are now waiting in departures to get on the plane for the first flight of three to get to Bangkok.... I suspect I may even treat myself to a glass of bubbly once on board.....
