Finally I got around to write about the temple experience. Have been ever so busy with experiencing everything Seoul and Korea has to offer, and yes I will bore you with the tales of that at another point. The Saturday of the temple stay, we met with the guy who had set up the initial contact because he was the only English speaking person on the team. Big mistake that I haven't described this traditional Korean side dish before because it is eaten with every single meal here. And yes it is served to food from all cuisines. With the first 4 weeks off my time here gone and only 11 days left of 2009, I feel it is time to sum up my experiences here in Seoul.
