Got here today! via the night bus, my last i think in vitnam, Started chatting to a vietnamise nurse on the bus who gave me some toxic strength sleeping tablets!! i came to about 3pm today!

glad i never came to hanoi at the start of my trip else I think I would have just left again it's pretty intense, it's all VERY Blade Runner ish, the moto drivers are mad. This place is exatcly what you would expect Vietnam to be like. It could be a movie set lol

I know they eat dog here all the time so have been walking through the markets with blinkers on! did see the back half of a dog today....imagine getting a dog on a chopping board and then chopping off the front half of i, tipping it upside down so that it's tail is sticking in the air and then selling slices of it!!!!!! odd as feck! yuk!!!!!! yet teh Vietnamise are obsessed by tiny dogs and all the girls have them as pets!
