After 2 attempts to call home on the public payphone in Santiago (guessing the instructions) gave up as the friendly chap from the bus office informed me the bus had just arrived and he didn't want me not to enjoy my premier class seat for a second less than the maximum! didnt enjoy santiago, dont know if it was the 16 hours transit or fact the hsbc ensured i couldnt use my cards but had a crap time.....so im out sorry santiago!
