On Sunday, our program was nice enough to bus us to a beautiful beach town in southern Spain. The weather was perfect, the water was refreshing, and I didn't get sunburnt! We hung out on the beach talking, sleeping, swimming, and playing volleyball together. A little German boy even joined in on our volleyball game-it was so cute! This past weekend was sadly the last big shabang for my friends and I for our semester abraod. Quite a few people from my program and I took advantage of a cheap travel company that is specifically for college students studying abroad in Europe. On Thursday night, some of us decided to head up to the top of the Albaicin (a neighborhood in Granada that is on a hill/mountain) in order to watch the sunset over Granada. It was by far one of my most memorable and amazing nights so far this semester.
