Hi Liz, Just got back from Sicily and found it hotter here than there. Thanks for looking after house - grass seed beginning to come up! Had a great time last week. Didn't manage an ascent on Etna since it was covered in snow and although we had walking boots etc we only had thin jackets. Did get to the top of a crater on Vulcano (one of the Aeolian islands) though. All hot and smelling of rotten eggs with acrid sulphur fumes that made my eyes stream. Good fun! Hey babe, how was the journey? Been thinking of you. All good I hope - got stuck in to the cocktails yet?! No news in Bedford...am on my last night shift and although it's been fun, I'll be glad to get back to the land of the living!
