Ok so its reality time now!! Found a place to stay in an area called St Kilda, the backpacker hangout! Its a little flat, pretty grotty like a student place, but it means I get to share with Irish guys!! hee hee!! (hope they're cute!) Also have an interview Friday for a job with World Vision in their call centre, not great fun but money all the same! OK Phew...well finally here in Melbourne after a hectic week! So here's the update for now! On exploring Sydney myself and Uncle Benny did spot Russel Crows boat out in the Harbour...not sure if he was in it or not though... I stayed in Sydney for a few more days and caught up with Mark (fellow traveller from East Coast!), we went to the Blue Mountains on a day trip which was highly amusing. Hello from Sydney!! Finally got here on Saturday after 20 hours on a bus with NO FILMS!!! arghh!! Hey people!! I'm actually writing this from Sydney but I was in Noosa!! Went to the Australia Zoo which is home of Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter, although he wasn't actually there! Had a brilliant time, saw tasmanian devils, lots of kangaroos and koalas, komodo dragons, snakes, and of course plenty of crocs! The croc show was brilliant...these things are massive! Arrived in Noosa, which is an hour or so above Brisbane, this morning...the place is gorgeous, very spread out, but lovely beaches and a really relaxed atmosphere! The hostel is also pretty good and we even get a TV!! I'm off to Steve Irwins Australia Zoo tomorrow which should be cool and then on to my canoeing trip for 3 days on Wednesday...exciting stuff!!
